Ride for

KidSport™ Ottawa

3^rd Annual Ride for KidSport™
May 5, 2012, 8am to 4pm (Raffle at 4pm)
Kanata Leisure Centre, 70 Aird Place, Kanata

KidSport™ Ottawa will be staging an indoor cycling marathon; which anyone 14 and over is invited to reserve a bike and pledge funds for KidSport™ Ottawa. Outdoor events include bicycle maintenance checks and helmet safety checks. There will also be a bar-b-q, music and prizes.

This will be a great family event, companies and teams are also invited to raise funds, increase their community profile and promote team bonding.

20^th Annual MOTH - KidSport™ Ottawa
Adult Hockey Tournament
May 10-12, 2012
Jim Durrell Centre (1265 Walkley Rd.) &
Sandy Hill Arena (60 Mann Av.), Ottawa, ON

Men’s and Women’s non-contact hockey tournament. Teams from Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto are invited to join in the fun in support of KidSport™ Ottawa. There will be two divisions this year; men and women recreational. Maximum of 12 teams per men's division and 8 teams per women's rec division. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Local Heroes Bar and Grill (1525 Bank Street) will be the official host for pre-game meals and post game refreshments as well as the post-tournament party Saturday night.

Teams are encouraged to raise pledges for KidSport™ Ottawa with all proceeds from the tournament going to help Ottawa's disadvantaged children participate in organized sport.
